# Restore & Manage Keys

You can always restore and manage your wallet account, and private and public keys using the mnemonic seed phrase. The mnemonic seed phrase is a combination of 12 or 24 random words, which will then be arranged in a particular seed phrase to create or restore your wallet.

Third party access to your seed phrase could lead to security risks. Additionally, losing your seed phrase without recalling your private key could lead to a complete loss of assets. This is why crypto enthusiasts and users are implored to store their mnemonic seed phrase in a secure notepad or offline diary.
